Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority!

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange/refund the products within 21 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error. In an event that it is our error, we will refund regular postage costs only (not express, priority or other courier costs).

When exchanging or returning a wetsuit/surfboard please contact Relic directly.

To start a return, you can contact us at relicsurfshop@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1998 Peninsula Rd, P.O. Box 640, Ucluelet BC, V0R3A0 or call us at 250-726-4426.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items and surfboards cannot be returned. This includes special orders or personalized items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and bathingsuits.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
